Detailed Information
Rental Period
Based on your package, you will have use of the facility from:
• Friday @ 12:00 pm till 8:00 pm
• Saturday at 9:00 am till 10:30 pm
• Sunday at 8:00 am till 10:00 am
All guests are expected to exit no later than 11:30 pm. Over time charges of $75.00 per hour will be charged if not vacated.
Secure Date
To secure your date, we require a signed contract, 50% rental deposit fee. All remaining balances and $300.00 security deposit are due 30 days prior to your event. Event not paid in full, 20 days prior to event, will be cancelled.
Kitchen Facilities
Our kitchen has a large prep space with refrigeration, stove, microwave and lots of counter space.
Insurance Requirement
Clients are required to carry special events Liability Policy for their events.
Alcohol Policy
No cash bar, open bar only.
Cancellations:
• All sales are final. Any notice of cancellation made by client must be made in writing. No verbal cancellations will be accepted. Should you need to reschedule your event, a fee of $500.00 will be assessed for the date change. You may change your date one time only for that fee. No refunds will be given. No selling your wedding date.
Vendor Policy
We offer an open vendor policy though we do have a list of suggested vendors that have proven to do a great job for past guests.
Vendor Requirements:
All vendors must be licensed and insured. Vendors must submit license (if applicable) and Certificate of Insurance 45 days prior.
Wedding Coordinator
We offer a day coordinator service. This person will execute Rehearsal, Ceremony and Reception event. They will deliver a detailed timeline and finalize the layout no later than 14 days prior to the wedding. (Extra Charge)
